What does New Work mean at Searchtalent?
For us, New Work means creating value for both – the company and the employee. If the employee’s needs are best fulfilled, they will create added value for the company out of their intrinsic motivation – New Work is an investment!

Efficient implementation is demonstrated to us by the CEO, which also has a positive influence on the team’s actions.
